Our Team

Ditrani Law is led by Leslie Tuttle Ditrani, who has been practicing immigration law for almost 30 years. Following a distinguished career focused on business and family-based immigration, Leslie is dedicating her practice to helping individuals and families.  She brings her significant experience and creative and effective approach to finding solutions for her clients. Leslie has also contributed substantially to the immigration bar and local community.

Phil Curtis

After a long and distinguished career in business immigration, Phil Curtis has joined Ditrani Law as of counsel.  Phil was a managing partner of Chin & Curtis, LLP from 2013 through 2020, and then a partner of WR Immigration in 2021.  Prior to joining the practice that became Chin & Curtis, Phil was an attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, where he specialized in business immigration matters, labor and employment, and employment litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, Phil spent seven years as an air traffic controller.

Phil has an A.B. in Political Science from Brown University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.  Phil is an avid skier and also enjoys cooking and travel.
